In August, Pwani Leos held donated Floor Mats and assisted Pwani Lions with the Reading Action Programme at
Mbuyuni Primary School. This call to local youth was part of the engaging and promoting voluntarism through young people. 150 books for
the library were donated and
read out with 70 students. 8
floor mats were donated for the students’ library.
Students enjoyed
the books while the teachers thanked the Leo Club for the generous activity towards
the environment and youth of the country. The total cost of the activity was
TZS 1,085,000.00. The mats were donated by Leo Shalvi.
